If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Please email us at info@spheremoji.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review the situation and send a replacement or offer store credit when applicable.

📦 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for items lost or delayed by the postal service, but we’ll do our best to help you track down your package or file a claim when possible.
